Emphasis on independent decision making, ability to travel the country for clerkships, ability to serve and outstanding patient population

Too many students in it for a free education and not dedicated to their commitment as officers. This isn't pervasive, but a few bad apples spoil the bunch.

On the eve of graduation I feel prepared to crush residency, get out and take care of soldiers practicing good medicine in bad places.
