What impressed you positively?
Applicants were consistently impressed by the friendly staff and students at the pharmacy school, as well as the modern facilities and technology available. Many highlighted the welcoming atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and quick interview process as positive aspects of their experience.

The staff and the students who were there. They were very nice and courteous. There's also a Walmart pharmacy right in the building.

What impressed you negatively?

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

Get a better GPS. The one that I was using made me took the back road to WV (up the mountains/hills).

It feels like the school is improving at an alarming rate, which is satisfying to know if I go there.

The format of interview is pretty different from all others that i had before. It based on Scenario questions, about some ethnic issues. The interview is closed file, and the interviers did not ask you to talk more about yourself. Then, after a 45 minutes introduction, candidates get to draw their time slot for interviews, and candidates can either wait or go for a tour offered by the students

Very interesting and still it was intense. You can tell they are looking for a particular answer but they still try hard for you to feel comfortable.

There is a 30 minute orientation and then you draw lots for interview time. Until your time, you have to keep yourself entertained.

Basically you go in and the dean shows you a presentation about the school. then you draw names for interview times so you could be there for a while depending on what time you pick. It might be a good idea to bring something to read, or you could talk to the other ppl (helps ease your nerves). then they take you up to a room w/2 interviewers...one of which is a staff of the pharmacy. I liked the fact that it was closed-file b/c i didnt feel like they were expecting anything from me.
