Applicants generally found the interview experience positive and engaging, with multiple interview rounds and a tour of the facilities. Many appreciated the opportunity to interact with the department members at a social event, viewing it as a way to connect with the team.
  • I had about 14 interviews, half hour ones at first and then 15 minute ones in the afternoon. We also received a tour of the building including the clinic and research labs. The night after the interview there was a huge party for the department with free alcohol (which I personally didn't touch). I at first thought this was a test to see if someone would get drunk, but I don't feel that way now as much. It was just a good way to meet the rest of the department. It was an amazing experience; by far the best interview I went on and I went on several!
