The community atmosphere is incredibly supportive and faculty are always very accessible and willing to help.

The family atmosphere - Each class is very tight-knit, and the administration truly cares about our well-being
What do you like least?

Lectures can sometimes not feel geared towards STEP, as many of the PhD's get carried away with their detailed research and interests.

The quality of lectures could be better, but this is similar to what I've heard about med schools across the board. That's just what happens when the people who are leading classes are crazy smart and researchers by trade.

What are the facilities and clinics like (old/new, well maintained, etc.)?

Facilities are wonderful, and will continue to improve with the plans for the new medical school facility that will be completed by 2023.
How do students from this program do after graduation - are they adequately prepared for practice?
