What are your general comments?
I was pleasantly surprised by Emory. The whole day was very well organized. We were able to sit in on classes. There were plentiful opportunities to chat with the current med students. We toured the med school, the undergrad campus, AND two hopitals (Grady and Emory).

what is your opinion on the current state of the US health care system?
What impressed you positively?
the (undergrad) campus was beautiful; the gym is awesome; Grady hospital is HUGE with good patient diversity
What impressed you negatively?
Atlanta is VERY humid...couldn't imagine how bad it must be in the summer
you can't order Dr. Pepper in most places :-(
What did you wish you had known ahead of time?
take MARTA to and from the airport
