The faculty is very personable and supportive

KCOM is a very nice and up to date school which is run by very knowledgeable staff. Everyone is genuinely interested in the applicants and wants to get to know them better.

What are your suggestions for the admissions office?

Keep doing what you are doing! They do an amazing job making the application process flow smoothly for the students and are also very organized.
