The interview really knocked down my impression of the school and I'm much less interested in attending the school now.

I did not prepare further than I did for previous interviews.
What was the most difficult question?
Can you talk about a strength and a weakness of your role as a team player?
What impressed you positively?
I was impressed by Dr. Hartwig. He was very genuine and sweet and I found his presentation to be very helpful.
What impressed you negatively?
The panel interview and how unprepared the faculty interviewers seemed. It really felt like they were just sheparding students in and out. A 3 person on 5 candidates interview format is super awkward and although my interview was offered in July, it made me feel like they don't actually care about me, just that they're trying to get students in the door. None of the medical students who spoke seemed happy either.

Do NOT do the 3 representative on 5 candidate format. It really makes me feel like you aren't taking me seriously. Or, at least justify why you're choosing to do so.
