✅ Interview Preparation and Impressions

How is the friendliness of the admissions office?

How is the responsiveness of the admissions office?

How did you prepare for the interview?

Well, I forgot to reread my secondary--don't forget to do this! They will probably ask you about it! Anyway, luckily the interviewer that asked me about it phrased it so as to remind me what I had written--turns out I remembered most of it anyway--I was just nervous when in the morning I realized that I hadn't reread it.

What impressed you positively?

The admissions office woman is very very nice--I also liked that they took our pictures for our ID cards--it made everything more personal. The first year lecture hall is beautiful. One of my favorite things about the "medical school building" itself.

What impressed you negatively?

I dislike long interview days that involve downtime and this day did. Some of us had to sit for an hour or more in the admissions room (well we could have left I suppose) while we waited between interviews. It just seems wasteful of our time to me?

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

Most people were done by 4 as opposed to by 5 so they could have made flights home.

What are your general comments?

Eh. The school is great--trying not to let my feelings from one day influence my opinion. Lets see what happens.

What are your suggestions for the admissions office?
