What impressed you positively?

The facilities were MUCH better then I had expected. They put a lot of $ into it and it shows. The faculty were real nice and the students, although very busy working, looked very happy.

What impressed you negatively?

I can't say anything negatively impressed me. It's a great school!

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

That the interviews were so layed back. My student interview asked me only one direct question. We spent the whole time just talking. They truley just want to know what type of person you are.

What are your general comments?

Bottom line..UCSF is a great school! I heard that their facilities were old and outdated but I saw the exact opposite. Their sim lab and clinic were great. The entire building wasn't as new as the spank'n new schools like AZ or UNLV but the equiptment was top notch. Who cares if the walls are a little run down?? I mean, UCSF has been around for 125 years, what do you expect?? :)
