How is the responsiveness of the admissions office?

No responses

How did you prepare for the interview?

SDN, Website, reviewed AMCAS/apps/essays.

What impressed you positively?

Campus and facilities are magnificent. First class all the way. Also, the 60% grant taking care of part of the bill is great.

What impressed you negatively?

Student interviewer seemed bored, faculty interviewer had a medically-important call during our meeting that shortened and disjointed it.

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

That I would be asked about something at which I had failed. My response now would be "answering this question."

What are your general comments?

Maybe it's just me, but this place was the Taj Mahal. Impromptu morning tour with an elderly faculty member and self-proclaimed school historian. Typical Financial Aid meeting, then lunch with 1st and 2nd years who gave lots of insight, then the individual interviews. Student interview with a 4th year who personally seemed to dislike me. Faculty interview went well but was cut short. Then a full tour afterward. Despite the shaky interviews, I thought the place was great.

What are your suggestions for the admissions office?
