What impressed you positively?

Great facilities, relaxing program, lots of hands on experience. i believe this might be the best school for clinical training. Lots of research opportunities. Also great location, both in terms of trafic and afordable living.

What impressed you negatively?

The financial aid presentation got me depressed for a good hour or so.

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

Its not that expensive compared to other dental schools. If you take just the cost of going to school, then it comes out about 210-220K dollars which isn't that bad compared to the cost of UCLA and UCSF. The catch is you have to be willing to live at home with your parents. i guess that's why i was really excited.

What are your general comments?

It was a really great way to prep you for dental school. it was a no bull-shit approach to their school and I liked that. Unlike other schools, they didn't try to present a glossy image of their program. You really walk away with a true sense of how your days are going to pass by in the next four years. I left with a positive impression.
