If you aren't a Maryland resident, I can't imagine it being worth the price.

What impressed you positively?
Brand new facilities.
What impressed you negatively?
The layout of the new building was somewhat confusing. Baltimore is not somewhere I'd like to live for 4 years. Security checkpoints all over the school weren't welcoming.
What did you wish you had known ahead of time?
That the admissions office would be so slow and unhelpful.
