✅ Interview Preparation and Impressions

How is the friendliness of the admissions office?

8 out of 10

How is the responsiveness of the admissions office?

10 out of 10

How did you prepare for the interview?

The best preparation was getting to know the people there.

What impressed you positively?

The quality of the people and the fact that the school takes the quality of interpersonal relationships very seriously.

What impressed you negatively?

Nothing really. If anything, the food was not that great.

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

Pittsburgh is a sports crazy town. You cannot go anywhere without running into sports commentary in some form. While following football is not necessary, it helps to have some knowledge of the sport, especially given the amount of sports medicine that is practiced at Pitt.

What are your general comments?

Very positive experience. The school has a very midwestern feel to it, and you may have to decide if that is for you.

What are your suggestions for the admissions office?

Breakfast consisted primarily of sugary pastries. A more balanced meal would have been preferred.
