How is the responsiveness of the admissions office?

How did you prepare for the interview?

SDN, research school, review AMCAS and secondary, know my volunteering and shadowing with specific examples

What impressed you positively?

Everything--location, opportunities, curriculum, proximity to hospital, tour, lunch was AWESOME!

What impressed you negatively?

Cost. I'm a Texas resident, so I'm spoiled with the med school rates there.

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

That I didn't need to stress about the red line being weird on the metro and that I would get there an hour early, but it wasn't a big deal.

What are your general comments?

Love this school. Interviews were really conversational, but as they are closed file, you don't have the luxury of the interviewer prompting you about things they've seen in your file. Really be able to highlight or bring up examples of your work, academics, and passions during your discussion.

What are your suggestions for the admissions office?

Can't think of anything, everything went smoothly for me.
