The interviewer is only given the personal statement. They do not know the grade and activity of the applicant. It will prevent any biased point of view.
What impressed you negatively?
Having lunch before the interview. It was little bit difficult to enjoy the lunch for everyone was nervous.
What did you wish you had known ahead of time?
They are willing to know about the applicant not to criticize them. It is not necessary to get nervous or worry.
