What was the most interesting question?
I wrote about not using a cookie-cutter approach in my teaching experiences, and they asked where I learned that.
How did you prepare for the interview?
I researched my two interviewees the day before to create specific questions for them, practiced questions, researched the school.
What was the most difficult question?
When have you had to compromise with someone else?
What impressed you positively?
The interviewers seemed genuinely interested in me and made me feel so calm talking to them.

Nothing
What did you wish you had known ahead of time?
How to use WebEx. During the introduction portion of the virtual interview, I expected my video to switch to the primary screen and it didn't. So I didn't know if my mike was on and I got very embarrassed.
