A solid school. Pittsburgh may be too small for my taste, but it would be hard to turn down their research program.

What impressed you positively?
Wonderful faculty interviewer. Strong support for research ventures. Very livable, friendly city.
What impressed you negatively?
Student tour guide and student interviewer seemed kind of lethargic. Maybe I caught them at a bad time?
What did you wish you had known ahead of time?
Student interviewer kind of gave up asking questions midway during interview and (I guess) expected me just to ask him questions for the remainder.
