What are your general comments?

I read this site, and I was so anxious the night before the interview. I did not sleep very well and I was yawning in the morning. Overall, the interviewers were really nice. I finally realized the trick for interview. Since the interview only lasted 15-20 minutes,I see it is my responsibility to present myself in 15-20 mins and they don't have the responisiblity to know you. The associate director of admissions advised us to be ourselves and talk during the interview. If you don't talk, the admission committe think you don't have good communication skill and reject you. She and Fern were wonderful. Fern, the secretary, tried to calm us down during the waiting process. The associate director of admissions gave us the campus tour and it was nice to enjoy the beautiful weather. The medical students and the president of M1 class were very truthful about their feelings toward the school and it is a very informative session. I learned a lot from talking with them. The M1 president told me why he chose to attend NOVA among all the schools accepting him, his reasons convinced me. The entire southern Florida were served by only two medical school, one is the University of Miami and the other is NOVA. You can expose yourself to many clinical experiences and become a competent physician. If I were invited to attend this school, I would definitely attend this school.
