Kira assessment is the virtual interview, completely asynchronous
What was the most interesting question?
I liked the practice question "what is your favorite movie of all time?" too bad they didn't make it an actual interview question cause it was fun

Checked SDN for past interview Qs, pretty accurate
What was the most difficult question?
I didn't like the writing ones, felt like Ca$per
What impressed you negatively?
The fact that it was asynchronous, felt like they couldn't bother to meet with us
What did you wish you had known ahead of time?
That the interview was asynchronous but overall pretty chill

Please don't do the asynchronous interview again! It was very impersonal and I felt like I was taking the Ca$per test again. It's not like something that completely turns me off from the school or anything, but it just felt so impersonal.
