What do you like most about this school?

"Integrated curriculum and board-style test questions on exams. Fantastic clinical training throughout 1st and 2nd years, thanks to a brilliant, truly gifted instructor and well-respected internal medicine physician. Scholarly project requirement forces you to meet and become involved with physicians and medical researchers out in the field. Case-based instruction helps you stay up to date with the faculty and students at the school. For the time being, small class size helps; It's great to ensure a reasonable student:faculty ratio. Working every other week for a half-day in a primary care physician's office reminds you why you're putting yourself through constant studying hell." | Report Response

"Small class size, research project, block schedule." | Report Response

What do you like least about this school?

"No video recordings of the lectures. Major hospitals in association with the school are not right next door; however, Good Sam, Maricopa, and St. Joe's are all within ~5 miles. Some IT and administrative-required things have to be done through U of A Tucson, which sometimes is a bit of a hassle." | Report Response

"Nothing" | Report Response

Please provide any other general comments on your school

""Reputation of the school in the medical community" is more of a personal opinion I'm throwing out there. It's hard to say exactly, since the school is so new. Also, the second (class of 2012) and third (class of 2013) admitted classes have 48 students; the college is poised to expand soon, but specifics are still not fully known." | Report Response
