I went to a Franciscan undergrad and got off track with one of the interviewers

I did nothing to prepare unless you count watching Scrubs.

With my stats why not choose allopathic or osteopathic medicine?
What impressed you positively?
The facilities, board scores, faculty, students, cost of living, and my generally feeling of comfort.
What impressed you negatively?
Nothing, I was very impressed.

The interview is not as bad as you make it in your mind.
