What are your general comments?
Behavior based. Interviewers were very friendly and put me at ease and seemed interested. Really seemed to want to get to know me. The interview ran long (about 75 minutes) but went by very quickly.

Describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult person.
What was the most interesting question?
They asked me to role-play. The interviewer was a client worried about fleas and I was a vet assistant.
How did you prepare for the interview?
Read this forum. Made list of behavior style questions and prepared for them.
What impressed you positively?
The facilities were really nice. The people were very friendly. The students seemed very enthusiastic. I had two tour guides give me a solo tour.
What impressed you negatively?
Not much other than it gets sooo cold there!

Nuttin'.
