Thoroughly enjoyable, about as low-stress as you could hope a grad school interview to be.

How do you plan to reconcile your National Guard duties to the time commitments necessary for success in dental school?
What was the most interesting question?
"How'd you manage to get a 29 in Reading Comprehension and a 17 in Perceptual?"
How did you prepare for the interview?
Consultation with current students, internet research
What impressed you negatively?
Some students were thoroughly frazzled, but this could easily be attributable to the lateness of the interview (4:30...the D3's and D4's had been at it for 8 solid hours by that point)
What did you wish you had known ahead of time?
That the interview would be such a dynamic event. I spent as much time dialoguing with the D4 on the panel as the faculty and alumnus spent in traditional interview Q&A.
