Thanks Gutonc, so say you are applying for a job that is 50% allergy and 50% hospitalist or primary care, you would then ask your PD from IM residency and PD from allergy fellowship for a letter? Then, a third letter from whomever? What happens when the old PD from residency is not there anymore?
