Good luck regardless :). Seems like you have already been accepted at other places - relax and enjoy while you can - read some good non-fiction books - who knows when you will get time to do so next :)
May be I am in minority here - are not necessary - is not the same as absolutely don't send it. If this is truly your #1 dream school then you don't want to think what if down the road. You could reach out to your interviewer or dean of admission - I am mean who will be mad with knowing that...
Did this not come up during your med school applications? I am assuming you will matriculate Aug 2022 so the medical schools may not have cared as NoaAProgDirector said - even if discovered may not matter much
Also, I am assuming that since your ACOD was sealed you stayed out of trouble for...
Hi Obiwan - long time, haven’t seen you in a while (but to be accurate, i don’t come here that often anymore) -
I know that training baylor-Dallas is pretty good from a few people who went there for fellowship - earlier was a community college but now with Scott and white maybe will have better...
one thing that you need to keep in mind is the visa type - there are fellowship programs that will not take certain kinds of visas so be cognizant of that - especially the ones that have in-house fellowship and you want to match into - IM will give you H1 and then fellowship won't sponsor H1...

what fellowship are you looking at?
Ohio State likes their own residents so that may come in handy - work hard and stay - good education
CCF usually doesn’t take their own - in the past 1-2 out of 10
rochester
Utah …
you are probably better off keeping Methodist on top just for the volume of patients you will see - as a hospitalist, you will ned to be efficient and this training is probably going to help you
If EP is ultimate goal, then Michigan should be #2; Vandy def #1 (solid IM, cards, EP)
WashU #3
UTSW EP is ok and a mandatory research year for gen cards - something to keep in mind but solid training for IM and Cards (or at least it was when I was interviewing)
Emory above Mayo (for me) - but...
fellow driven, less hands-on from what I have heard; also the number of cases is less from IM stand point. Education is great but medicine is learnt by doing IMHO
As an EP physician, I humbly request you not to be a cowboy and start putting pacemakers/devices just because you can. I have seen my fair share of disasters as one of the few extractor in the region plus the device followup with general cards seems to be just for revenue stream only. And so...
List looks good as it is - at least top 4 - Maimonides may be more malignant (at last from past reputation), so would keep that last IMHO and OK should be higher on your list
My best interview experience was at OHSU - seemed like very dedicated teachers - good match list and strong primary...
