    Botox for neuropathic pain

Is the Neurologist doing TPI's first, and if successful but not having sustained long term pain relief, then incorporating the botox?

amputation to treat crps of the leg?

Interesting, thanks. I'll pass it on. One thing I did note was that this patient was sent to a local surgeon who was considering it, not an academic center which we do have one nearby.

amputation to treat crps of the leg?

I'll have to ask about the bisphosphonate. Haven't done pumps since fellowship. Would Prialt be a good medication for CRPS? I don't recall the types of pain it is recommended for.

amputation to treat crps of the leg?

Colleague came to me and asked about any new treatment for recalcitrant CRPS. I have not seen the patient, nor examined any records, but was told he tried "everything" including two separate stim trials (not sure if implanted). Patient now seeking AKA of his lower limb by surgeon. Assuming...

    Size of Medical Office Space

Another option, but is still an issue, is that if you decide to lease space that is in shell condition the build out is about $150 /...

    Size of Medical Office Space

I have the exam room and procedure suite measurements which is what I listed above. Did you use an independent contractor to draw up your blueprints or go with a firm that designs/builds healthcare properties? Seems like both are viable options. I've been loosely following the commercial...

    Size of Medical Office Space

I'm thinking the 4th exam room gives me flexibility. A little "future proofing" if you will. I normally only use 3 rooms.

    Size of Medical Office Space

That's pretty large. I don't plan on having another provider, but I don't want to constrain myself also. I think I'm going to chat with an architect about their company's previous medical office layouts.
