Lately I feel like I've been getting a ton of FMLA paperwork. Does anyone bill insurance or the patient for filling these out? I never have before, but am starting to consider it.

I joined a 4 doctor private practice in a mid sized city in the midwest (between 500 thousand and a million people); I couldn't endorse it highly enough. I recognize I had some lucky breaks (great partners, high volume, lots of decision making freedom within the practice even as an associate)...

WHen a program has sent out interviews (ie Northwestern), does this mean they generally send out a ton of invites and fill most of their spots in a few days, and the only hope of interviewing there if you didn't get one is a cancellation? Or is it usually a slow trickle of invites over a month...
