I decided to go with NU only coz it has evening classes for Pre-Physical Therapy.:rolleyes:

yes, i am going to school of continuing education. some places, i heard do not accept credits from Community College, and thats why I decided to go NU route.

I will start at Northwestern in their Pre-Physical therapy program. I don't know where I'll go for DPT yet.

Would you rather practice in Florida or Chicago? Also, do PT need referrals in both places to see patients? I am gng to Northwestern to get my pre-req but eventually would like to settle in FL. Any thoughts?;)

I also can't decide whether I should get PTA first, and then DPT. I do need to get pre-reqs for DPT, and maybe PTA will fullfill that as well? Any thoughts/feedback?

Does anyone know how long it typically takes to hear back from Loyola or Northwestern's Post Bac programs? DO they both offer classes at night? And does one or the other have a better acceptance rate to Med School?:eek:

Thanks for responding :-) I am trying to decide between Tampa and Chicago. I don't want to move to Miami or Ft Lauderdale, plus since there are private universities, they will probably be more expensive than USF.

Since UF doesnt allow second Bachelors or a Post Bacc program, Gainesville is unfortunately not an option anymore. So either I have USF, UNF or UCF if I stay in Florida as my possible options.
