Why don’t wag and cvs save the $75k by making conditions better and hiring extra support staff. Happy staff are way more productive.

Did you not read the threads about job saturation 4 years ago when you decided to study Pharmacy? The saturation threads have been going around for 10-12 years.

Why differentiate yourself to get a job where you will still be treated like something you scrape of the bottom of your shoe. You are flogging a dead horse if you think you will still get a job with respect and you’ll still get the same pay packet as the ones who don’t differentiate themselves...

We also do polypharmacy reviews which is anti-prescribing. Yes sometimes mistakes are made but that is what professional indemnity insurance is for. You need to be well trained, confident and be able to justify any prescribing decisions. If you can do that you won't have any trouble.
