u have to keep in mind that not all programs for residency accept international applicants. U have to go thru the list and hand-pick the ones u could apply to
if u apply for both programs to the same school they will know and it wont look good as it will look as if u r just trying whichever way to get in. So dont do CAAPID and PASS at the same school. On the other hand u could for example apply to DDS/DMD at Boston and residency at Tufts.
Usually w AEGD or a GPR ur best bet is 2 years.

For volunteering, you can check locally at the city hall where you are located, they usually always have some sort of volunteering. Use online resources too look for options.
