u have to keep in mind that not all programs for residency accept international applicants. U have to go thru the list and hand-pick the ones u could apply to

Sorry to say but by CODA rules u have to go thru an examination to be able to be licensed in whatever specific state and nowadays there is only ADEX

if u apply for both programs to the same school they will know and it wont look good as it will look as if u r just trying whichever way to get in. So dont do CAAPID and PASS at the same school. On the other hand u could for example apply to DDS/DMD at Boston and residency at Tufts.
