Sorry, if this has been asked previously. How do you all handle bad online reviews? I used to blame myself leading to such bad reviews but some are just downright unfair and unfounded, it sometimes makes me resent.

Use Dynamed mostly to look things up quickly.

I wouldn't care, especially at the very end of training but somone else might. I would say touch base with PD or program coordinator.

I moonlighted at ED FastTrack half-way through my PGY3 year but the number of shifts shriveled to nothing until they started hiring all these new mid-levels. I'm not in EM residency and this was in Midwest. I don't miss those days other than decent pay as I had to work on weekends mostly.
