Depends on your auditions man. Programs want people who are their top choices. You may have an easier time at smaller community programs though. Most people who fail a board end up matching at the smaller community programs in less desirable places .
I'm looking on the nhsc workforce site and they dont say anything about that.
They don't even list salaries for FM positions and i've read that the jobs out there are paying 30k under the national average... which would mean that the loan repayment doesn't make a difference.
Also, not really sure what to have as a backup. It would be a shame if I didn't match, i'm really really good with my hands and I hate the life of pure medical docs.. I don't even know what to have as a backup - psych?
