I agree with the first answer. Apply sending the required documentation and your strong letter. Throw in one of the other letters too. Once the other "stronger" letters come out you can put them in and the programs will receive the updated application.

You have done enough. practicing more NBMEs isnt going to help you at this point. But you should check your wrong NBME answers to identify what went wrong and try to avoid that same mistake in the real test. Im sure that after all you have studied, those NBME answers were answered incorrectly...
