Has anyone heard anything yet regarding this year's application cycle?

Do you mean it was on Tuesday specifically, or later in the week? I heard that another IC gave notice on Friday. I'm hoping my IC hasn't given notice yet, basically.

Has anyone heard about their LRP application (if anyone here applied recently)? I know at least one of the ICs for this program has sent notifications, but apparently they come at different times for different ICs. Just curious if others have heard, and what IC they specifically applied to...

They're a bit frustrating in how late they get back to students compared to other Ped Psych sites.

Even if you don't hear back, don't sweat it. I received interview offers at a number of places I really like and that have great reputations, but received a rejection from one site that I was sure wouldn't be so picky. Damn Children's National ;-) If you're getting the invites you mentioned...

I received an invitation the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, so they must have done rolling invites. Congrats!! See ya there!

I can't speak for that person, but I applied to Track I if it's of any help. My last name is late in the alphabet.

Same here. I don't think they're doing rolling invites, but I'm not 100% sure.

The clinical child track also called about invites at the same site today.

Interview invites were sent out late tonight (late for me) for Children's Hospital of Orange County, via a "personalized" email. Interview dates are 1/5, 1/6, 1/10, 1/12, 1/16, 1/20

Quynh, Thanks for all the work you're doing on the list. Just one clarification...I'm not sure if the Mailman Center has sent out rejection notifications, the email was actually for an interview.

They noted that they were sending out invitations that were independent of tracks; in fact, they mentioned that it was a mistake on the brochure that made some people think they needed to designate a track beforehand. They are doing an "Open House" format. I'm not sure if they had sent out...

The Mailman Center for Child Development (University of Miami) sent out interview offers two days ago via a semi-personal email.

Thanks for your feedback. Glad to hear you're getting a chance to visit. I know that they've interviewed more than 40 students in the past, so I'm hoping that they might be making some calls for interviews later. I know it's a long shot, but I'm willing to hold out hope for a few hours ;-)

One more question, I just realized that it says that they were going to call about interviews AFTER December 15th. From their website: "Invitations for interviews will be sent after December 15. If you are traveling during semester break, please call between December 15th and 24th to check on...
