    Graduating fellows....any advantage of going into PP instead of hospital employee?

    very slim pickings right now. I have found a number of jobs in desirable locations looking for “PMR only” which is extremely frustrating.

    Looking for position on east coast

    Currently completing fellowship on the east coast. Having difficulty finding a position post fellowship. Looking to stay close to a major east coast city. I have been talking to device reps but they haven’t been the most helpful so far. Any other tips to find positions that may not be advertised?

    I'm just a med student with about 8 intubation attempts at this point. Any tips on how to end up on top of the epiglottis as I feel at I am always below it when first putting in the laryngoscope before backing out a bit
