I finally got my Florida license. It was a real pain compared to other states. So far, all I can find is supervision jobs near Ocala.

Always cracks me up when asc#1 wants me to waste ephedrine and asc#2-4 have a pile of the vials and don’t care.

One the one hand the profession needs more residents so docs can sit their own cases. But what kind of faculty would take that gig?! Such a paradox….collaborative model and independent CRNAs.

Tragically ironic since an epidural would have worked fine for this prone case and taken the airway out of the equation.

I was thinking of picking up some OB shifts next year. Now reconsidering. Good discussion.
