getting into Pharmacy school /becoming a pharmacist with a sex offender registration in California

I'm hearing that court reporting is a field that needs new blood, and it only takes 2 years to get certified and starting salaries are about 70K. However, the washout rate is something like 95%, because most people, even once they learn all the abbreviations, cannot transcribe 250WPM.

    Ice cream truck side hustle

I came here to start a thread about licensed Hawaii pharmacist Zoe Green, who now works as a special ed science teacher and a Good Humor woman. https://www.hawaiipublicradio.org/local-news/2024-03-29/oahu-ice-cream-vendor-is-a-finalist-in-the-nationwide-good-humor-grant-contest

Some of these Naplex pass rates are awful

My alma mater's pass rate is hovering in the 70-80% per the link in the OP. That's horrifying to me! Out of the 86 people in my own graduating class, I only knew of one who did not pass NABPLEX, as it was called then, on the first attempt. I did find out a few years later who it was, and...

In which states can pharmacists administer Botox and/or Juvederm?

    What is your 2024 predictions?

I first heard, 30 years ago, that if this ever happens, you bet Walgreens will be first in line. Has anyone here seen this new story about the Trump administration's own personal pill mill? Didn't even have a pharmacist on staff, it appears...

I actually witnessed a dumpster fire at Walgreens today!

It's one duty for the resale business I've had since I retired from active practice in 2012.

    Pharmacy school admissions crisis

I could see, in the decades to come, R.Ph. being some kind of intermediate degree with limited scope of practice, like dental therapists (look those up) or physician's assistants.

I actually witnessed a dumpster fire at Walgreens today!

They are a FedEx drop off, and (long story made short) I have a hobby that has connections to prepaid FedEx labels, so I print them at home and drop them off at the photo counter. I then get a check a week or two later.

    Wouldn't those be called R.Ph.s?
