Can anyone describe the formats for hospitalist interviews currently? Is it first a phone/zoom interview then an on site interview? Or are there multiple interviews? Who usually interviews you?
preditctmystepscore has actively said that it is more accurate than the reddit spreadsheet but it may overestimate you if your on the lower end of the percentiles just due. to the type of students who check their scores actively are more likely to be more prepared
I helped out with this project as well transferring alot of the data on sdn and it's just based on the weights associated with those exams so its technically feasible. Unfortunately NBME 21 is one of those weird exams where I wasn't able to get alot of data. On top of that, according to the data...
It has instructions right at the top and you probably set the days before as your exam score so if you got a 217 on NBME 21 and you took it 217 days before it is very likely you'll improve to 246 in 217 days lol
Unfortunately I doubt anything outside of FM is going to be an impossibility. On top of that your going to need to kill your interviews and have a great explanation for these poor scores and how you overcome am it.
For some people I think it is normal to feel burned out as an M3. I would wait another year as it does get better and if your still feeling burnt out maybe need to re-evalute things
