For those of you who were accepted to a surgery subspecialty fellowship prior to taking your PGY5 ABSITE, how much studying (if any) did you do for it?

I honestly don't know, since I am not very familiar with the new MCAT. You should probably ask others who have taken the MCAT since April 2015. However, the content of these books is still very relevant to the new MCAT, even if you don't follow the SN2ed schedule.

As I was sorting through the mail, I spotted a large white envelope printed with the name of one of the schools I had interviewed at 3 months before. I tore it open as fast as I could, not knowing what to expect, and read the first word: "Congratulations!" My mind went numb and I was in shock...

Thanks for your response...I am 99.99% sure that I will be going to IU! A few of my former classmates attend UofL and they say it's a wonderful school with great professors...it would also be more affordable and closer to home for me. However, their probationary status is enough to worry me...

Congrats to everyone who got their top choice!!!...I got my second choice (Bloomington)...I may go ahead and participate in the second chance lottery :D but even if I don't get my top choice, I'll be content wherever I end up! I'm just thankful to have been accepted!
