This libra person might be right but speaks as if they know they are right. Maybe Russia does end up being successful. It seems like libra is cheering for them. I most likely think Russia will continue if they aren't stopped. I hope Ukraine can defend its territory and even get the occupied...
I got hired as a DOP after graduation.....right out of school. Just the pharmD and being fine with working in rural area. That might be a path? go rural, get experience, come back to a more desired location for promotion?
Pharmacy is like an annuity for a retirement. No high gains but a steady paycheck that will cover your expenses. I actually like that about it. Compared to how I grew up, I'm living pretty good. But yeah, I'm not "ballin".
I am not even considering insurance. That is an agreement that you make with your insurance company as far as I understand. For example your pharmacy doesn't want you to dispense gabapentin if it's being used for restless legs. Is that actually something that can required for pharmacists to...
I remember when I was getting into pharmacy school in the early 2010's this forum was really hopping. I look at it now and it seems like it died. What happened? At that time it was the pre pharmacy forum that had a lot more traffic than the Pharmacy forum. Now it's changed.

Yeah crazy that a FDA approved drug that is prescribed off-label by a doctor would not be filled by a pharmacy. I actually had quite a few issues with this A few of the doctors in my ED thought ivermectin was safe enough and had enough upside that they would prescribe to some patients. The...
at my hospital we get about 2 dollar raise each year depending on performance. I've got about the same each of the 5 years I've been here. My previous hospital I got one raise in 7 years. I guess it depends on where you're at.
What do you guys do when you are asked about dosing augmentin liquid for kids with acute otitis media. The docs usually want to go with 90 mg/kg but when they calculate the dose they come walking over to me because the dose is usually a lot more than an adult dose for the same indication. It's...
