    Dress Code Question:

Wear what you feel comfortable in. You like heels, wear them. Be tall AF. You like flats, wear flats. Geezus why is this still a thing?

    Pumping (breastfeeding) and residency

Pumped in the NICU lactation room during training, and in my office once I was an attending. Other trainees found a sympathetic attending to either use their office or find them a private space.

    Interview attire question

Just wear something dressy! I had a flowered wrap skirt with a blazer for med school, mint green skirt suit for residency (didn't interview for fellowship) and had grey and camel pants suits for jobs.

    Problem concerning Histology lab

If you are being tested on a microscope then you need to study on a microscope. Digital images are helpful in part, but it would be difficult to only study digital and then try to use the microscope cold in an exam situation.

    fellowship board exams

Depends- my specialty sees some common things and some VERY uncommon things- so I studied the stuff I hadn't seen every day in fellowship and one year of working in the field.

    pediatric pathology

Some of it may depend on where you want to live, or where you might want to work after fellowship, as many take internal fellows on as faculty. Some good ones- in no particular order: Boston Brown (especially for perinatal) CHOP in Philadelphia Pittsburgh Cinncinnati Childrens...
