I went to Ross as a single mom. My older children contributed immensely and I am very grateful for that.
Ross’ on campus daycare and day school were both excellent. They also provided basic medical care for my children.
I am in an IM residency currently. It’s been a rough journey, but that’s...
No, I did not say that I was putting patients on Zyprexa. I have never even put a patient on Zyprexa or anything else. As I said in my post, I am an m4 trying to match into psychiatry. I am just trying to understand and learn from the cases I am exposed to for future reference. In my limited...
I never said it was long. It was organized well and was quite helpful. The patient is extremely aggressive. So the few extra bits of information were helpful in knowing how to set him off less.

I have met two different patients with this pattern: quit taking antipsychotics because of the weight gain. They lose weight, go back inpatient, we put them back on olanzapine because they are so skinny. Looking through the charts, the pattern repeats itself.
I'm an m4 trying to match into...
Yesterday I was looking thru a pt's EHR and checked out his notes from psychology. Um, yeah. Our psychiatry notes don't look like that. Those notes were impressive:=|:-):!
You may be able to count on score to get you interviews in psychiatry, but it actually does not have a lot to do with your rank order (according to the program director survey)
