In the time since I posted this I've graduated college (2015) and medical school (2019). Now a general surgery PGY-3.
I remember posting this right the month before I started college. I was so nervous things wouldn't work out.

Update.
Ended up retaking the MCAT and getting a more balanced score, I think a 32 again.
I ended up applying to all the schools I mentioned in the post above. Ended up getting 4 interviews. Accepted at 3, wait-listed at 1.

Depends on your application and the type of applicant you are. If you really want to get your application in as soon as you can, you can start pre-writing all of your secondaries.

I applied to only MD schools with extremely similar stats (3.69 cgpa, 3.55 sgpa, 32 mcat) this past cycle and have gotten in to 3 of the 4 schools I interviewed at (i think high waitlist at the other).
There's no reason not to apply with your stats/extracurriculars
I had some 21 credits of dual enrollment credits when I applied this past cycle and they all contributed to my overall AMCAS GPA. I'm sure most schools will look at more recent grades with greater weight though.
