You can make money in primary care too if you are willing to go to a small town and/or rural area. Easily make 400-500K

I am not very smart and struggle with the heart murmurs, but I have never understood how the following affect murmurs: a) effect of Valsalva/carotid massage on a murmur. b) effect of increasing/decreasing preload on a murmur c) radiation sites of various murmurs (i.r. apex, axilla, etc.)...

Anybody know anything more about Goljan for Step 2? I miss that guy studying for step 2.

Also do you have to first match to the peds residency before you can them both or do you apply to a separate peds/Medgenetics program?
