This is me whenever a patient or their family member asks how long I went to school to clip toenails.

B35.1 should not be a reimbursable dx code.

I bill the e/m against B35.1 because I'm managing an infection and then on line 2 bill 11721 against L60.2 because I'm 11721ing a L60.2.

This justification is ironclad, hence the name of the famous podiatric study on the subject

I expect the overall national class size will be roughly the same next year even + 2 schools. Some of the other schools are taking many less incoming students.

Edit: And this is not because I think some schools are all of a sudden being responsible. They would take as many as they could. The applicant pool is forcing them to reduce their class sizes. But without the 2 new schools injecting competition for the smaller pool, they wouldn't have reduced their size. And that's why I support the new schools opening. If someone thinks they can education podiatry students better (and perhaps cheaper), give them their shot and make the other schools respond to the competition and improve, or wither.
