-None
Clinical experience non-volunteer:
-Medical assistant, 1200+ hours (LOR from department head)
Research experience and productivity:
  • 1400 hours across three years in one lab. 1 poster at national conference and pub in review (LOR from PI)
Shadowing:
-80 hours in internal medicine
Non-clinical volunteering:
-Assist unhoused population with access to medical care (200 hours over three year)
-Distributing food to low income families (50 hours over one year)
Other extracurricular activities (including athletics, military service, gap year activities, leadership, teaching, etc):
-TA for upper and lower division bio classes (LOR from professor I TAed for and took classes under)
-Rehab Aide at home for patients recovering from TBIs, ~500 hours, not sure if this is clinical it was mainly assisting with physical therapy under physical therapists

You have a pretty strong app so good job! You should now be thinking about "mission fit" - that is, what schools work with what populations/interests in medicine that suit you and the experiences you've done so far.
