any PhD or equ. who went back for MD?

did you guys have trouble getting in to good schools?
did they care that you already had a doctorate?
it doesn't help you in med school does it?
do you get frustrated that your extra understanding of a particular area is prett much useless?
would you put your PhD on our med student white coat?
