EK recommends that you focus on quality over quantity when doing your MCAT prep. Take breaks, force yourself to focus on content you are weak in~ Stop re working content you have mastered. Always utilize practice questions and Full length practice exams. Be realistic. Know your parameters and what is on the exam. Stay focused and dedicated and your routine can and WILL be established. For a more detailed assessment and what I suggest you do, reach out to Megan

EK has a great source of high yield and compressed content that you should definitely be familiar with. However, low yield content isn't so much "low yield" on the new MCAT these days. You must be familiar with the outlined topics on the AAMC official guide as well. I also suggest taking practice tests before, during and after content review. This will help to allow you to find the content you are weak on and find the content you need less time on.
