Every admissions committee handles alternates in its own unique way, and sometimes it changes from one year to the next at the same school. Regardless even if a school is interviewing new applicants because it's worried the school hasn't interviewed enough to assure it has alternates throughout the rest of the process, each committee will extend offers as it sees fit.how are the admissions committee going to handle waitlist applicants if they are still interviewing new applicants ? Will they start giving waitlist applicants seats solely due to Covid 19? Genuinely wondering as I’m waitlisted at a school .
