Hello! I am in the middle of conducting my dissertation to achieve my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Central Arkansas. I'm studying the role of identity development in determining life-satisfaction for Black lesbians and gay men, a population in counseling that faces higher risk and does not always receive quality care.
